•She has published numerous articles and research papers in various national and international journals, and has also authored books on management topics. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility, strategic management, strategic human resource management, organizational behavior, and leadership. Dr. Bhandari was awarded for Erasmus Mundus Ph.D. mobility program and had a chance to visit different Universities in Europe.  She has presented her research papers in different national and international conferences.
